Dear Children’s Talent Directors,
We are soon approaching the date of our District Jr. Celebrate Life! It all happens on Saturday, April 4, 2009 at Richfield Church of the Nazarene. Doors will open at 9:30 AM, and we will begin together in the sanctuary at 10:00. All registrations must be postmarked by March 23rd.
Once again this year, all information you will need can be found on the web. Beginning February 9th, you may come to this Web site to register online (recommended) as well as to find information regarding categories, rules, and judging forms. Or if you prefer, download the forms and mail your registrations to us.
Here are a couple of items to keep in mind:
- Each child participating must pay an entry fee of $7.00, regardless of the number of events they choose to participate in. Please make the checks payable to Richfield Church of the Nazarene (RCN).
- We will schedule performance times in the order in which we receive registration and payment for each child.
New this year:
- Event t-shirts will be available for purchase this year ($8.00). Included, you will find an order form for your church. Please complete this form and return it with payment (payable to Richfield Church). As with registrations, orders must be postmarked by March 23rd. T-shirts will be distributed as you arrive.
- Each participating church will be required to provide two judges to assist with food and viewable (craft, writing, etc.) entries. There will be a brief meeting for all judges at 10:00 (while children are together in the sanctuary).
Also, lunch will be available as it has been in the past. We are asking that you please email us with a count of the number of lunches you expect you’ll need. (This doesn’t have to be exact; we know that’s hard to determine. But we would appreciate it if you would take time to give us a general number—a good estimate.) Please remember to include chaperones in your lunch count if they will be needing lunch as well. Lunches will be $3.00 and will include pizza, chips, pop or water, and a cookie/dessert.

- Print your confirmation Page.
- Take your confirmation page & check for amount due to your RICHFIELD CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE and give it to your Children's pastor or director.
